I’m a professional Executive Coach with significant experience coaching functional and leadership teams within large corporations and delivering in-house and open leadership development and coach training programmes.

Prior to becoming a Coach I enjoyed a 17-year career in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) consulting, supporting global corporations with strategic acquisitions and divestments. In a hugely varied role, it was always the human aspects which I found most rewarding.

My passion is supporting and developing others personally and professionally. My coaching is underpinned by years of leadership and business experience, and by my own journey towards achieving greater clarity, balance and fulfilment. I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and continually expand my range with further coaching development and training.
